TC, OTCMarkets does show two different transactions. One, under Dividends and Splits, shows the NGIO dividend with an ex-date of 2/17, pay date of 2/24. The other, under Security Notes, shows the 2:5 GNBT dividend with an ex-date of 2/25 and a pay date of 2/24. Both transactions show a record date of 2/17.
Did you (or anyone else) see this info BEFORE the bru-ha-ha about two different dividends? I didn't look at this site until Saturday, so I can't say if this is what has been posted all along or not. But if 2/17 is the ex-date for both, it sure seems like purchases prior to 2/17 should be entitled to both (my opinion, not even a TV lawyer or a resident at Holiday Inn Express).
May be fodder for any legal or regulatory action for those dividend shares. But will have to wait until after NGIO spin, because prior to that, there is no actual damages. Unless GNBT resolves issue by issuing the divi to those affected, of course.
