Well, GNBT doesn't get anything (other than travel expenses, etc) until the vaccine is tested and working.
At that point, the $5MM comes in, as well as an added provision in the 8-K to reimburse NGIO for all development costs... which I take to mean historical cost of developing the II-key, not the upcoming cost of this vaccine.
So in a nutshell, we have nothing until we have everything...
