I was wondering about that. Would investors in places like Malaysia and Singapore have to purchase common shares on the open market to invest or would they have to direct invest with the company somehow because of their location being overseas. Sorry noob question i know but just wondering how that would work.

Because obviously if they were able to easily purchase shares on the open market then yes that would be awesome for the share price as a whole bunch of new demand for shares would be created.
