the "split" amendment that the fools on this board were referring to actually only references and effects capital stock for Section A of the articles of incorporation, which are the "preferred" shares not the commons. the filing they posted clearly says that the remainder of the capital stock structure remains "unchanged." there is no reverse split happening here. one thing is for sure, when people don't read, they always miss very critical information. there is no split coming, although a r/m is in the works. uneq is headed to .01+ mark this post.
