First do any editing like size reduction/enlargement in a program like Paint, then save as a JPEG image in a location you can readily access. Then, click on "Settings" at the top of this board, and then the "My Photos" tab just above all of your other account links. On the page that comes up, click on "Choose File", browse to the location in which you saved your JPEG photo, then click on that photo and then click on the "Open" button. Back on your "My Photos" page, you can now click on "Upload Photo". The photo should appear. If you get an error message like "invalid file", the photo may be too large and need to be reduced in size and re-saved, re-chosen, and then uploaded again. If your photo is in Amazon Photos or a similar cloud storage which allows you to generate a link for sharing your photo, that works great too.
