Agreed. That is why I am always looking at the numbers (counts) to ascertain the reduction (trend).
Remember the dose is 350mg and can be increased if necessary. Also, the CCR5 expression and the type of cancer plays an important role.
So far the results in mTNBC have been extraordinary so I don't expect, as you say, that it will work that same for everybody. However the actual counts will start giving us solid information on the therapeutic benefits for different types of cancer and patients (basket trial important here).
As far as I am concerned, we already have a great Oncology drug. Now we need to probe it to FDA (and subsequently to investors at large).
