Well, it looks like no filings before today's shareholder meeting. Kinda called it and figured that would happen based off of their track record and vague blog posts. Will see how the meeting goes tomorrow, but i'm not expecting much news that things will be accomplished tbh
Also as the FY for HHSE is now Sep, staleness I believe was Feb 11th for year end audits. I know people say staleness is not a big deal, however, the SEC will NOT take a form 10 if anything is stale. Regardless, no filings yet unfortunately.
