I keep going back to Dr. Dalton's exact words.
Bid pennies, get pennies, bid dollars (plural) get dollars.
I myself have to see .086 to make a 10x profit and bank 100k.
My average went up slightly buying shares at higher prices.
I do have shares at .0026
Most of the longs here are already up big and hold many shares.
I can only imagine what army's bottom line would be at .086.
Dr. Dalton's life long reputation is on the line here in my opinion.
I truly don't think he will let it go up in flames.
Main variable is the timeline.
If RAD is a major part of UNVC future, then news will happen before 3/16. IMO
