Here is the amendment increasing the A/S to 2 BILLION, and adding 100MILLION new preferred shares, dated twice as January 14, 2012 and filed on February 1, 2013! Some would like to believe that the date is simply a mistake but could Marc be so blind to sign his name right below the date? Could the person who typed the amendment be so dumb, likely the attorney's secretary who would have already been typing 2013 for two weeks? Could the attorney be so dumb at proof reading that he missed the January 14, 2012 in BIG PRINT Twice in the amendment? I don't think so!
