This part is concerning... as it doesn't say Generex has "received" the upfront payment:

"Joe Moscato, President & Chief Executive Officer of Generex has signed the draft contract with deal terms and will be traveling to China next week to sign the final, official contract..."

I hope Joe doesn't get all the way over there and they have another option they are running with...
