If what you are saying is true, then Joe was at best negligent in his dissemination of information.
The truth of the matter is that this whole process rewarded sellers and punished many LT holders/adders like myself... very contrary to what Joe says his intentions are.

Joe knew buyers after 2/12 would not get NGIO. He did it to give out less NGIO shares. If they went off at the same time he would have had to pay out more NGIO shares.
