Dr Dalton has told people that he does not need the Safe Banking to launch the Conglomerate as Dr Dalton started this process long before there was any hint of legalizing CBD from Hemp and long before there was any hint of a Safe Banking Act and as best as I understand long before most of the 33 states legalized Cannabis.

Dr Dalton has been way ahead of everyone as he has stated "10 years ahead of the competition".

Eventually there will be a Safe Banking Act and eventually Medical Cannabis will be 100% legal including to Our Veterans, however I only expect this to happen after President Trump is reelected i.e. in 2021

After this legalization - Our Conglomerate will go Nuclear !!!
