Beas, I don't think that's a fair assessment of the comments on the CC. He said sections of the contract were being exchanged between the two parties - that usually means one side makes changes and then they have to send it back to the other side to approve. That can go on for a long time. The hope has to be that this is an urgent situation, and that the attorneys are working full time to make this happen quickly. Based on the number of companies that have jumped into the vaccine derby, if they can't do this quickly, this probably won't be any benefit to GNBT because they will just be another also ran.
