This really appears to be a mess. I think I got caught too...I bought some on 2/14 (date of the trade) and while the NGIO shares have shown for all purchases prior to 2/14, those shares bought on the 14th have received no NGIO. I suppose it is possible that they are "due bill attached" shares, and that the process is just slow, but the post about the ex-date being the day prior to the record date looks like it might have been applied. If that is the case, even shares bought on the 14th won't be eligible for the NGIO dividend.
If this turns out to be the case, I'm very disappointed in Joe because the PRs and his descriptions during the CC led me to believe that the two dividends were all part of the same package. I'll wait a week or so to find out if there are due bills which are holding up the last NGIO shares, but I'm not holding my breath. Hope he can make this right, because it sounds like a lot of us that have been loyal to GNBT ended up being suckered. It's not the end of the world since we still get the GNBT shares, but like many here, I thought the NGIO shares would probably have more value in the short term and was counting on that.
