Theoretically we will lose out on the add'l shares of NGIO and it's increase. However the shares of NGIO that GNBT owns should raise the value of those new GNBT shares from the dividend. But that is not the point. Joe is wrong here. I need to find his lawyer's email address since he said "If something was misled no one has alerted me or our attornies of it". Isn't that what some of us here have been doing with Joe, making him aware of it? Maybe we need to make his attorney aware of it? If they are not aware of it WHY WOULD THEY NEED TO PUT OUT A PR THIS MORNING AT 8AM to CLARIFY?
