Well, I'm going all in on this now. I expect to get a not so cordial email response after this.
"I’m sorry Joe, but I feel misled by you. I have been a huge supporter of yours, but I feel you did not make any of this clear. If you knew this all along, you would have made is clear in your PRs and on conf calls that each dividend will be handled a little differently. You found out this mistake after you started getting calls/emails about the missing NGIO dividends. I am very saddened by this. I thought we were open and honest with each other. You should have said to me on the phone Friday “Thanks for buying more shares, however if it was for the NGIO dividends, like you just mentioned, you will not get those on shares purchased from 2/17 on”. Then I would have questioned that. But you did not. That means you did not know this situation until after the weekend, when FINRA finally posted the dividend information on their site. However that is after we were all thinking we would get the NGIO shares. This is not right. If it is not corrected, I will have to see what legal course I have since I think this should have been clear in your PRs and conf calls. I’m sorry to have to say that Joe, but I feel betrayed now."
