This is a big deal. I know you mentioned 4.00. But think about it. What happens if it hits what Joe was mentioning on the CC, when he said 8.00? Or what happens if it goes to 10? or 12? or even 20?
This turns in a huge issue. This is just plain wrong, no matter how Generex see this. The writing was clear in the PR's and what Joe said on the CC was clear. Now there is backtracking AFTER the fact.
It's going to be a huge black eye for Joe and Generex in credibility if they don't make this right for those who bought during this timeframe.
