"Hasn’t seemed to have hit this board yet, looks like shares bought after 2/17 might not get NGIO divs even though that’s what all PRs and public calls said. Problematic."

"2/17 was the record date. If you owned any shares outright by 2/17 you should be ok. If you did not own any shares after 2/17 you may not receive any shares."
My comment...
"@Joseph What do you mean "may not receive any shares"? Your PR this morning said that NGIO shares would only be given to shareholders of record on 2/17. That is BS. All you PR's, conf calls etc all lumped both GNBT and NGIO shares together with record/payable/ex dates of 17/24/25. Now you are saying private spin outs do have ex dates so NGIO shares won't go to any one that bought last week. That is incorrect. The NGIO shares given out 1 year ago had record/payable/ex dates too. Joe you need to make good on share purchased last week and pay the NGIO shares!"

"@Joseph we were told via PR and public calls that shares bought after 2/17 before 2/25 would get the dividend."

"@Anonymous oh ok. IMHO I personally didn’t understand it that way but maybe someone else could confirm that."

"@Joseph I've been confirming that with you ALL DAY! That is how everyone understood it."
