The concerns you lay out are exactly why CytoDyn hires Amarex for their clinical trials and to be involved with all clinical research, presentations and most recently BLA filing.

If NP was looking for guidance for getting the BLA filed correctly, Amarex should be his first stop. There are many smart people on this board....and some have even likely brought things to his attention that he was unaware of (additional indications or similar)....but these matters are best left to those who are specifically paid to be the subject matter experts. I would be very concerned if I received an email from NP asking for shareholder advice on completing the BLA.
