"You ARE a public company giving out shares of a private company. However how is this any different than the shares of NGIO you gave out a year ago when you had record/pay/ex dates. It was a private dividend then too. This is the same. First you pointed me out to look at last year’s dividend saying there was no ex date, but your PRd ex dates for the dividend last year."
