That is a good point that often gets missed
If a sales associate decides to upgrade, they aren't going it for the heck of it
They are doing it because it makes it easier to sell more
It makes it easy for them to make more money
If they are paying $25/mo to bring $250, $500, $1000 month, it's a no brainier
Even upgrading to the .75 feature, if it saves 5 minutes a month or increases their sales even a little bit, it's a no brainier.
When those that upgrade sell more, others will see it and will follow
With technology there are Early Adopters, Typical Adopters and Laggards
The Early Adopters lead the way
Some of VERB customers are billion dollar clients
Anyone ever add up the revenue value of all their clients?
That is a lot of potential to tap into
And that is just one vertical
