I’m losing you here. He did not take or was given shares. Cydy gave him 10 year long options to buy 150,000 Cydy shares at a $1.10 exercise price.
Earlier on Cydy gave him a conditional bonus: 150,000 shares if BTD for cancer before juky 28th.
