Now Fidelity tells me that they did speak to some "DPTCC" and they confirmed the dividend and it should be posted by 4pm. I said that that is not sufficient. I was told the dividend would be posted yesterday. There should not be any reason why the dividend is not posted when other brokerage firms have posted the dividend.

This prevents me from trading any stock until I make sure the dividend is in place. I am now waiting to speak to a supervisor. I also told them that I had problems recently when the market dropped 1000 points and my accounts were screwed up and it prevented me from trading any of my stocks
