Respectfully I think (and hope) you are wrong. He has been working on this for long time and every time he has an interview he either talks or is asked about it.
He once said this was his priority.
There are issues with the BLA alright, and we don't know exactly what they are as what we know now is that there is a lot of data to be processed.
We will hopefully have specific answers first week of March. And that is all there is to it. But I don't think the delay is of months, rather few weeks.
