I think this is new on TDA: I have the same NGIO placeholder in the Unrealized Gain section TC has been talking about.
I also now have the NGIO shares in my Positions info. They appear to be the correct quantity for all of the shares I bought before the Record Date. The shares coming thru the Due Bill system are not there yet.
As someone else said, the CUSIP # is different from the NGIO shares I received in the 1:4 div last year. Not worried or anything, as I would guess there might be a totally new CUSIP # that rolls out to cover all shares at the IPO before public trading.
