The other BOD and AB members have other jobs. I think options would be more appropriate. The transaction could be cashless if success is ever achieved.
The divers should be paid, even if it's in shares. But doesn't Kyle raise CASH to pay folks?
Even the TA should be paid for legit work.
Even Craig for being KK's mouthpiece in a BS lawsuit.
But Kyle has raised north of $12MM at last report. Why are so many paid in shares?
That's a lot of money and a lot of shares. Where did it all go?
The share structure is an ugly site to behold, no matter how much lipstick you want to put on it.
