I think, as the BLA has not yet been filed, we are many months from approval of leronlimab for HIV, so in the meantime, a bird in the hand...
If approved for HIV later, there will be plenty of vials already in production, so there is nothing to worry about. Pigs get fed, hogs get slaughtered.
