to others .. *most* actual investors can grasp the CONcept of a relentlessly compressed
targets' PPS .. having an impact on said targets' ability to execute
the key imo becomes targets' awareness of NRs' (non retail) effort

this is why it will be so interesting to see if the 450 holds with 10K filed
