Thoughts on your comment regarding retired shares and no price adjustment.
I have thought about this quite a bit and I agree with you. Price should have been adjusted up, wasn’t and immediately started a slide. What I would add though and maybe I’m wrong is that shouldn’t have GNBT been adjusted down when NGIO was formed. Even being wholly owned by GNBT it is a separate entity which has very high potential and assets. They have their own S1 coming and soon to be its own public company. So maybe it is a wash in that we didn’t go up when the shares were retired and instead went down. But We will surely get that value and more back when NGIO is listed.
