Obvioulsy they did a terrible job. The technology and methodology they used for the call was amateurish to say the least.

This is unacceptable and more so with a company that, theorethically, was experienced. This was not their first time.

I believe they did not give CYDY its due importance and should not continue with us.

These mishaps cost money to all involved.
