So I just called TDA about not shorting my GNBT shares. Talked with the margin dept. They will NEVER allow and OTC stock to be shorted nor lent out to short. It is not allowed ever, so my shares will never be lent out.

I also asked about the pending dividend now. He said it takes 2 days or longer to add shares to the account. Also, since there is now a record date, someone will need to go back and make adjustments as necessary so it could take longer. He said if I don't see the shares I expect by Friday, I should call their corporate actions team directly at 888-723-8504 Option 1 to find out.
