It’s quite odd that some people are always on here hinting or outright proclaiming that all of these amazing things are right around the corner, year after year, and that there’s a conspiracy of nefarious n’er-do-wells trying to take down the company.
Message board posters have interfered with the company's business. Message board posters have called and filed claims with the SEC. Message board posters have contacted securities class action firms. Message board posters have written hateful emails to the company and several of its distributors. Message board posters have left hateful messages on the company's answering service, sometimes 40 a day.
Many of the message board posters are still with us, although not necessarily on this particular message board. The ground zero for Berman libel is elsewhere, but some of the posters are not. So since all of this has happened, the only advice I can give is go to the authorities or file a class action lawsuit, or better yet, take over the company and impress us. When you attempted to hijack the BOD you appeared to have a plan. Let's see it. The SEC will ask for the same thing when you make a statement.
