True, Pokey. Maybe it will take a true catalyst to start the panic buying... something that will make it clear that Joe will be able to affordably tap into the S-1 funding:

Need 5 solid closings once the S-1 is approved. I would guess Joe might be tempted to pull out some working capital (maybe $1-2MM) at ~$1.50? What do you guys think?
