That is exactly how I feel as well, Broza. I would only ever want one at the right PPS, of at least $5.00.(AT LEAST that amount) One at $2 or $3 would still carry a 37% capital gains penalty for me and really throw a monkey wrench in my plans to retire and give as much as I can to my parents and sister.(being that all of my shares are held less than 1 year) Everything I've read on this board, before yesterday's buyout rhetoric, would always involve UNVC becoming a game changing conglomerate/Fortune 500 company with Dalton, or someone within his family, at the helm. With at least a PPS of $10.00 to boot.(At least $10.00 a share) I hope this is what transpires at any moment(s) now, and this is bigger than anything we could have ever possibly imagined. Sorry for being concerned, everyone, but a buyout for me only works at a very fair PPS. At least a very fair PPS offer in my situation.
