I don't have any clue how any big pharma company values Brilacidin. I'm comfortable assuming the upfront payment on any deal will not exceed $500 million unless we do a large and very successful B-UC phase 2. With our current results I would guess full take-out on Brilacidin would be $500 million to $1 billion.
$1 billion is a lot of money to lay on the table. I think any deal will be structured with milestones for that reason.
