I agree. Doc hasn't done all this work with Univec and UNVC to be bought out by anyone. He made this conglomerate and positioned it to become a powerful player in the CBD and pharmaceutical industries.
This is Doc's life work all coming together to form a NEW and powerful company. If I were in Doc's position, I certainly would not have done all this, and built a conglomerate out of my life's work, just to sell it to an existing corporation. That would be extremely anticlimactic, and after a little while, nobody would remember Doc's contributions because it would all be behind the wall of a big corporation.
Doc deserves more credit than that! When he brings about the changes he has in store for the medical system, everybody needs to know this was done by Dr David Dalton of Univec Conglomerate!
Univec will retain its individuality....and it's own ticker. IMO
