So true that so much is unknown... but IMO I’m pretty sure Doc is not looking to be completely bought out by RAD, thus losing minorities controlled status and the push for a minority controlled Fortune 500 company. At our current PPS and status as non filing, we can’t be seen as a merger match or buyer of RAD. If we become current at some time what is more likely is a company or companies from the Conglomerate could have a JV with Rite Aid or even start a new brand/company with Rite Aid, leaving the Conglomerate minority owned and controlled by Dalton and Family. When we have a market cap of billions then we can take over Rite Aid if that’s in the plan.
