The price crossed $1.88 which is where that second round of warrants’ strike price is. Hopefully some institutions holding them exercise them. That would bring in some revenue for Verb and also increase the institutional holdings. They are going to want to hold for a year to get long term capital gains. My thought is they would want to exercise immediately after it crosses the strike price to minimize the immediate income that would be taxed.
