Trding and I are also in FUSZ/VERB. They uplisted last year via RS and after the uplist they had only 3-4 million (3-4 months) of cash. They did a 20 million raise as part of the uplist but most of that money was used to buy Sound Concepts. They uplisted in April 2019, then did another raise in August 2019.
