Here is what Nader said in the last investor conference call:
NYSE: 1) $5 million shareholder’s equity, 2) 18 months cash, 3) $2.00 stock price
NASDAQ: 1) $5 million shareholder’s equity, 2) 12 months cash, 3) $4.00 stock price
We had the following SE as of Nov. 30, 2019: negative $13,631,597. So, we need $18,631,597 + at least 12 months cash, which is an additional $44-$52M depending on what historical amount you use as the basis.
So, a grand total of $63-$71M to just squeak by the minimum requirement.
