I have said this before. You don't like the way the company is being managed, then throw your hat in the ring, replace Mr. Berman, and run the place yourself. I am a huge proponent of a NOBO shareholder and message board poster running the place. By the way, the nonsense about management spending shareholder money is penny trader myth. The company spends company money. none of it belongs to shareholders.
