Maybe, but lawsuits by who and against who? The company has stated they are paying a dividend and given dates. If a shorter does not provide the dividends thru the due bill process, and this was after the record date of 2/17/2020, then an investor will have to demand the shares from their broker, who will in turn have to demand them from the shorter. Of course, people will always add the company onto any lawsuits, but this is not the company's fault if a shorter does not provide the dividend.
