JS - you are mostly right , but as dr NP said once , they still will take some patients on individual IND , its a law .
IMO , your point 2 and 3 are many of the same patients ,
And you also must be emergency with other cancers to be in expanded access trial..
Emergency in the sense that they not doing well on approved medicine...
But 30 patients less , so this is much less work..
And by then , lets hope we be approved with or without confirmatory phase ...
March-April should be giant for our patients and company , so than to us all...
