Thanks. I had not read that part of the agreement. Those timeline terms do seem pretty generous for AS but I assume they are "standard" (whatever that might be) for such an agreement. Seems it might come down to the "in good faith" part for the 60 day period, depending on how good an offer could be and whether AS could realistically match it. Good information as always.
