Thanks misiu, my initial thought was there were more potential cancers also........and possibly all cancers by virtue of MOA working to maintain a competent immune system to fight the cancer or disease regardless of CCR5 expression on the tumor or macrophages.

It's not important at this point and more critical to enroll and treat patients and gather as much data as possible quickly to support and prove the MOA. I think the solid tumor basket trial came about because they found a way to expand the TNBC IND and it seemed like the easiest way to quickly help those in need and increase the data quickly.
