BowDog with this DELEGATION info today I'll go out on a
limb and say we're in the FINAL STAGES of a MAJOR
DEAL with getting the ADE started.
Like Curncman said this DELEGATION is going back
to VIETNAM with Henry to inspect the location where
the ADE is to be built and VET a lot of other things
about the project.
Hopefully Henry will say something to that effect
in the tweet update but I doubt it because I don't
think he wants to say too much publicly until he
has a CONCRETE DEAL officially signed off
with all parties involved.
