Thanks to Culper report, I finally think I understand why Nader, always kept options and not shares.

There were many accusing him if he believed the price should go up, why wouldn't he buy.

I think, it was for the child support. He should have kept everything in options until his obligation is over. I might be understanding the complecation, as I'm somewhat in the same boat.
