I imagine you have to be very careful with any commitment with the Chinese. It's worry some, because of our inability to put together a deal here in the states.
China could beat us like a red headed step child, on the other hand, any deal solid or otherwise, would put us in line with the other players gaining momentum off this space.
So what's so bad about being the little biotech that saved China and then got screwed. The publicity alone would be huge.
