Well I dont know CraigK, but the call itself is frustrating as heck, NP needs to drop the way this is handled, and fire who ever ran the RedChip call, surely this has never been done before like this.

I attended an earlier call in the day with Redchip on video and callin and it was fine, so do not know what happened here.
