Yeah, I don't get it. Making a commitment to put in the S-1 by a specific date, then being in breach of contract it looks like to the tune of 2.4 million dollars.
Over the last 4 months, It's been one thing or another and the blame game on everyone else. I'm sorry, but these are just screwups it looks like from not doing a good job in making deals. 2 'bad actors' and now this? What's next? How's the spin on this going to be?
They really need to get better at managing Generex and stop making stupid mistakes. It's costing shareholder money and company money.
